Brendan Foley

Brendan M. Foley*

Chairman, President, and Chief Executive Officer

As an experienced Consumer Packaged Goods Executive and only the 11th CEO in McCormick's over 135-year history, Brendan Foley passionately leads the global flavor company with well-known brands like McCormick, Frank's RedHot, Lawry's, OLD BAY, Vahine, Schwartz, Ducros, Cholula, French's, and many others. As Chairman, President, and Chief Executive Officer he remains focused on driving growth and profitability while attracting the best talent in the industry.

Since joining McCormick in 2014, Brendan has held several key executive management positions, including President and Chief Operating Officer, President of U.S. Consumer, President of North America, and President of Global Consumer - Americas and Asia. Most recently, he served as President and Chief Executive Officer before also assuming his role as Chairman of the Board.

Brendan’s extensive experience in the food industry includes working at H.J. Heinz, where he spent 15 years in various marketing and general management roles, culminating in his position as President for the North America Zone. He began his career in the advertising industry before transitioning to marketing at General Mills, Inc., where he built a solid foundation in brand strategy and consumer engagement.

Brendan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Miami University of Ohio. He is actively involved in multiple industry and nonprofit organizations, including Business Roundtable, the Consumer Brands Association and the Greater Baltimore Committee. He has also served on the Board of Directors for the YMCA in Sewickley Valley, Pennsylvania, and was Board Chair for the Maryland Food Bank.

Brendan is dedicated to delivering against McCormick's long-term strategic growth plans and commitments, and further advancing the company's differentiation in the marketplace. In his early years, Brendan grew up in Argentina and Brazil, and calls Dayton, Ohio his hometown.

Marcos Gabriel*

Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer

As a results-driven leader with global financial expertise, Marcos Gabriel serves as McCormick's Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. In this pivotal role, he leads Controllership, Investor Relations, Enterprise Financial Planning and Analysis, Global Tax, Global Treasury, Global Commercial Finance, Global Supply Chain Finance, Global Business Improvement, the Value Realization Office, Risk Management, Internal Audit, and Global Business Services for the Company. Marcos is a member of McCormick's Management Committee.

Most recently, Marcos held the position of Senior Vice President for Global Finance and Capital Markets, where he was responsible for Investor Relations, Enterprise Financial Planning and Analysis, Global Treasury, Global Supply Chain Finance, and Global Business Services. Since joining McCormick in 2017 as Chief Financial Officer - Americas, Marcos has been instrumental in driving net sales, profit, and cash growth, while implementing process improvements that foster disciplined execution.

Before his tenure at McCormick, Marcos served as Global Vice President of Corporate Finance and Head of Investor Relations at Avon Products. His extensive experience also includes key finance roles at Unilever and Eli Lilly across multiple countries, where he honed his expertise in corporate finance, digital transformation, and strategic management. Marcos holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Mackenzie University and an MBA in Finance from the University of Sao Paulo. He is actively involved in the community, serving on the Board of Directors and as a member of the Audit Committee for the National Life Group. Marcos grew up in Sao Paulo, Brazil and has an extensive international career.

Mike Smith

Mike Smith*

Executive Vice President

Mike Smith was appointed Executive Vice President for McCormick & Company on December 1, 2024. He will serve in this role until his retirement in February 2025. Prior to this leadership transition, Mike served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for the Company, a position he held since 2016. He remains a valued member of McCormick's Management Committee.

Since joining McCormick in 1991, Mike has held numerous leadership positions of increasing responsibility. His extensive experience includes Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, Senior Vice President of Corporate Finance, Senior Vice President of Capital Markets, and Chief Financial Officer for North America. He also served as Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Finance for EMEA, as well as Vice President of Treasury and Investor Relations, among other key roles.

Before his tenure at McCormick, Mike began his career in public accounting at Coopers and Lybrand, laying a solid foundation for his expertise in financial management.

Mike graduated summa cum laude from the University of Notre Dame with a BBA in Accountancy. He is a Certified Public Accountant and an active member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Maryland Association of Certified Public Accountants.

In addition to his corporate responsibilities, Mike serves on the Boards of Directors for MillerKnoll, Inc. and Church & Dwight Co., Inc. He is also involved with several non-profit organizations, including Catholic Charities of Baltimore and the University of Maryland St. Joseph Medical Center, reflecting his commitment to community engagement. Mike grew up in Hanover, Pennsylvania which is fondly known as the pretzel capital of the world.

Sarah Piper

Sarah Piper*

Chief Human Relations Officer

As a strategic leader in human capital management, Sarah Piper serves as McCormick's Chief Human Relations Officer, where she drives the development and execution of the company's global people strategy. In her pivotal role, she oversees talent management, learning and development, total rewards, and initiatives centered on diversity, equity, and inclusion. Sarah is dedicated to enhancing employee engagement and wellbeing, and she plays a key role on McCormick's Management Committee.

Since joining McCormick in 2008 as a Human Relations Manager, Sarah has steadily advanced through various leadership positions, including Director and Vice President of Human Relations for the Consumer Division. She gained valuable external experience at H&R Block and Honeywell between 2014 and 2017, returning to McCormick as Vice President of Total Rewards. In 2020, she took on the role of Vice President of Human Relations for the Americas, and before her current appointment as CHRO, she excelled as Senior Vice President of Global Human Relations, leading the HR Business Partner organization to implement effective human capital strategies across the enterprise.

Prior to her tenure at McCormick, Sarah honed her expertise in Human Resources through various roles at Pfizer Inc. and KPMG in both the United States and Canada.

Sarah holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from York University and a Master of Professional Studies in Human Resource Management from Cornell University. She is a Certified Human Resource Leader (CHRL) and a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP). Committed to community engagement and development, she currently serves on the Board of Directors for the United Way of Central Maryland and is an Emeritus member of McCormick's Global Multiple Management Board. Sarah grew up in Toronto, Canada.

Ana Sanchez

President, EMEA

As a strategic leader in the food industry, Ana Sanchez serves as McCormick’s President - EMEA (Europe, Middle East, and Africa), overseeing both the Consumer and Flavor Solutions businesses across the region, including all subsidiaries, joint ventures, and export markets. In her role, she drives strategic initiatives and operational excellence while being an integral member of McCormick’s Management Committee.

Ana joined McCormick in 2018 as Vice President of Marketing for EMEA and advanced to her current position in January 2022, reflecting her strong leadership and commitment to growth.

Before to joining McCormick, Ana spent 15 years at Colgate-Palmolive Company, where she held a range of marketing, category, and commercially driven roles across the U.S., Latin America, and Europe. Earlier in her career, she worked as a financial analyst for Intel Corporation and as a business analyst for Deloitte Consulting.

Ana holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Dartmouth College and a Master of Business Administration from Tuck Business School at Dartmouth College, where she actively serves on the EMEA council that advises the Dean’s office. Ana was born in Seoul, Korea and spent part of her childhood in what was then West Germany before moving to the U.S. Her American journey spanned from the deep South - Georgia, Alabama, Kentucky, and Tennessee - to the North in New York before heading to University.

Andrew Foust

Andrew Foust*

President, Americas

Andrew Foust leads one of the largest and most dynamic flavor portfolios across the food industry as McCormick’s President – Americas where he is responsible for guiding both the Consumer and Flavor Solutions businesses across the region. He is a key member of the McCormick’s Management Committee and chairs the Americas Leadership Team.

Since joining McCormick in 2004, Andrew has held various roles of increasing responsibility in Sales, Marketing, and IT. His diverse leadership roles have included sales, retail operations, product and brand marketing, and digital business development.

In 2016 he assumed the role of General Manager, Canada, and went on to serve as the President of the U.S. Consumer Products Division in 2018 before assuming his current role as President, Americas in 2021.

Andrew holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communications from the University of Tennessee and a Master of Business Administration from Loyola University of Maryland.

He is actively engaged in the Baltimore community and has served on the Board of the Ed Reed Foundation since 2020. In this role, he has fostered a strong partnership between McCormick and the Foundation in support of its mentorship and leadership programs for at-risk youth. Beginning in 2025, he will also serve as an Advisory Board Member of the University of Tennessee’s Alan and Wendy Wilson Leadership Academy.

Andrew grew up in Claxton, Tennessee, where his family has been part of the community for several generations.

Kasey Jenkins - Chief Growth Officer

As a visionary leader with an ability to blend strategic thinking with operational execution, Kasey Jenkins serves as McCormick's Chief Growth Officer. In her role, she is responsible for the development of McCormick's corporate strategies to drive differentiated growth, strengthen the Company's competitive position, deliver on its corporate development objectives, and advance its sustainability efforts. She is a member of McCormick's Management Committee and oversees the Global Consumer, Flavor Solutions, and Functional Strategy Councils as well as the Purpose-led Performance Governing Council.

Kasey joined McCormick in 1993 and most recently served as Chief Strategy Officer and Senior Vice President, Investor Relations. Throughout her career, she has taken on roles of increasing responsibility in Corporate Finance as well as the Consumer and Flavor Solutions businesses, including Vice President and CFO, North America. Before her tenure at McCormick, Kasey gained valuable experience in public accounting with Arthur Anderson LLP.

She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Management Information Systems from Loyola University of Maryland and is a Certified Public Accountant. Kasey is actively involved in the community, serving on the Board for the Ronald McDonald House in Maryland.

Kasey grew up in Plainfield, New Jersey and has lived in Baltimore County, Maryland for the last forty years.

Jeffrey Schwartz

Jeffery Schwartz*

Vice President, General Counsel & Corporate Secretary

Jeffery Schwartz is McCormick’s Vice President, General Counsel & Corporate Secretary. In his role, he has responsibility for the Company’s Legal function and is a member of McCormick’s Global Operating Committee.

Jeff joined McCormick in 2008 as Associate Counsel, later became Associate General Counsel in 2011 until he assumed his present responsibilities in December 2014.

Prior to joining McCormick, Jeff was in private practice at law firms in Washington, DC and Moscow, Russia.

Jeff holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from North Dakota State University, an MBA from the University of Wisconsin – La Crosse, and a Juris Doctor from the Washington College of Law at American University. He’s currently a member of the Board of Directors of the Maryland Chamber of Commerce. Jeff grew up in Sauk Rapids, Minnesota.

Sumeet Vohra

Sumeet Vohra

President, APAC

Sumeet Vohra is a proven leader with a strong track record of success across China, India, Southeast Asia, Japan, and Korea. He serves as McCormick's President for the Asia Pacific (APAC) region, where he drives commercial growth and performance across the Consumer and Flavor Solutions business segments. Sumeet is dedicated to expanding into new markets, acquiring new customers, and attracting and developing talent to strengthen the organization throughout APAC. He is also a valued member of McCormick's Global Operating Committee.

Before joining McCormick in October 2023, Sumeet held the position of Senior Vice President for Southeast Asia, Japan, and Korea at Reckitt. His impressive career includes 27 years at Procter & Gamble, where he excelled in various senior Brand Management, Marketing, and General Management roles, including Senior Vice President and CEO for the Philippines, as well as Senior Vice President for Haircare in Greater China.

Sumeet holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology in Kanpur, India, and a Master's degree in Business Administration from the Institute of Management in Ahmedabad, India. His commitment to innovation and leadership continues to shape McCormick's presence in the Asia Pacific market. Sumeet grew up in Kolkata, India.

Josh Chou

Chief Supply Chain Officer

As an accomplished leader in supply chain management, Josh Chou serves as McCormick’s Chief Supply Chain Officer, where he oversees all aspects of the company’s supply chain, including planning and customer fulfillment, procurement, manufacturing, distribution, logistics, and engineering. In his role, he drives the Global Supply Chain Strategy and Excellence organizations, ensuring operational efficiency and effectiveness across the enterprise. Josh is a valued member of McCormick’s Global Operating Committee.

Josh joined McCormick in 2022, bringing a wealth of experience from his previous role as Vice President of Global Operations and Supply Chain. Prior to McCormick, he spent 13 years at General Mills, where he held increasingly senior position within Supply Chain, culminating in his role as Vice President of Supply Chain and Operations for Europe and Australia. His expertise also extends to earlier experiences at Proctor & Gamble and Trillium Health Care, where he excelled in various Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Plant Leadership roles.

Josh earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Princeton University. His extensive background in supply chain leadership positions him as a key driver of McCormick’s commitment to excellence and innovation in operational performance. Josh grew up in Flemington, New Jersey.

Tabata Gomez

Chief Marketing Officer

As a dynamic leader in the food industry, Tabata Gomez serves as McCormick's Chief Marketing Officer, overseeing the #1 Herbs & Spices Brand in the world, along with the #1 Hot Sauce and #1 Mustard. In her role, she strategically leads the Global Marketing organization and collaborates with Regional Commercial teams and Global Functions to drive growth, enhance brand and flavor differentiation, and support innovation objectives. Tabata is dedicated to accelerating global digital marketing capabilities across a prestigious portfolio of brands, including McCormick, Frank's RedHot, French's, Cholula, OLD BAY, Stubb's, Lawry's, Ducros, and Vahine. She is also a valued member of McCormick's Global Operating Committee.

Prior to joining McCormick, Tabata was the Chief Marketing Officer for Stanley Black & Decker, Tools & Outdoor, where she managed a $14 billion portfolio, including renowned brands such as DeWALT, Craftsman, and Black & Decker. She also held the position of President of the Global Hand Tools, Accessories & Storage Group, a $4 billion business unit within the company.

Tabata’s extensive experience includes her role as Vice President of Rimmel at Coty, Inc., and a notable 13 year tenure at Procter & Gamble, where she excelled in various positions in Brand Management, Marketing, and Innovation, contributing to iconic brands like Covergirl, Max Factor, Braun, Crest Whitestrips, Ariel, Dawn, and Mr. Clean.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from Universidad lberoamericana in Mexico City. Fluent in several languages, Tabata grew up in Mexico City and currently serves on the Board or Directors of Helen of Troy Limited.

Anju Rao

Chief Science Officer

As a visionary leader in food science, Anju Rao serves as McCormick's Chief Science Officer. In this role she is responsible for the company's Research & Development and Quality & Regulatory functions. She leads multidisciplinary global teams who are engaged in leveraging their expertise to deliver differentiated product innovation with a 'Passion for Flavor' anchored in the "Taste You Trust" principle for both customers and consumers. Anju is a member of McCormick's Global Operating Committee providing functional insights contributing to operational excellence and strategic thought leadership.

Prior to joining McCormick, Dr. Rao served on the Senior Leadership Team at Starbucks Coffee Company in her role as Senior Vice President for Global Product Safety, Quality & Regulatory, where she was accountable for enhancing food safety and product quality metrics in a rapidly evolving global consumer market ensuring growth, loyalty, and customer satisfaction across retail stores and the supply chain. Over the last two decades, she gained experience from numerous roles at Starbucks Coffee Company and Campbell's where she led product, process, and packaging development across many categories that included soups, sauces, and beverages in both consumer goods and retail business operating models. Dr. Rao also has had extensive experience in ingredient development and functionality from her work experience at Royal Friesland Campina N.V. focused on protein chemistry.

Anju graduated with a Ph.D. in Food Technology from Clemson University and currently serves as Board Chair for the Center for Food Safety at the University of Georgia, a consortium of industry, academia, and government agencies dedicated to ensuring a safe food supply. Anju grew up in India nurturing her curiosity of culinary arts and food science allowing her to study nutrition and dietetics as a practicing dietician before immigrating to the United States to pursue Food Technology.

Guy Peri

Chief Information & Digital Officer

As McCormick’s Chief Information & Digital Officer, Guy Peri is responsible for leading the development of the Company’s digital transformation strategy and enterprise information technology.

Before joining McCormick, Guy served as the first Chief Data & Analytics Officer at Procter & Gamble (P&G). A pioneer in embedding machine learning algorithms at scale into key decision processes, he developed capabilities that enabled strategic and operational insights and optimized outcomes across P&G’s activity system, including media planning, trade promotion planning, supply planning, and product innovation. Most recently Guy led digital strategy, data analytics, and information security as Chief Information Officer of P&G’s Health Care sector. In this role he developed and supported high-performing teams that integrated digital capabilities into work process transformations, operations, product innovation, go-to-market strategies, and consumer experience.

Guy holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems and an MBA in International Business and Marketing from the University of South Florida, Tampa.
