McCormick is proud to provide 100% of employees worldwide with access to health and wellbeing programs. Our comprehensive three-tiered wellbeing approach – access, culture and impact – begins with ensuring all employees have the necessary tools and resources to support their wellbeing. This approach fosters a culture that promotes proactive wellbeing behaviors, with the goal to demonstrate healthy employee wellbeing as a driver of healthy business performance.

McCormick’s global wellbeing program began with Nour!sh, focused on delivering resources and activations to support the intrapersonal, physical, interpersonal and mental wellbeing of our employees. Over time, it has expanded from a program into a wellbeing strategy and successfully reached the global scale via the Global Employee Assistance Program (EAP). EAP provides 100% access and complimentary coverage for all McCormick employees around the world. EAP offers confidential support and resources to help employees navigate both life and work challenges, including but not limited to stress, parenting, budgeting, communication, and resilience building.

In 2026, we strengthened our global approach to employee wellbeing by transitioning to a single EAP partner, creating consistent access and a unified experience. This approach provides consistent access for employees worldwide, improves experience and alignment across regions, and enhances governance and data insights to better support our workforce.

Through the years, McCormick has featured in-person and virtual wellbeing campaigns for events such as World Mental Health Day and World Wellbeing Week. McCormick celebrates World Wellbeing Week each June. One of the previous activations included launch of an internal e-learning pathway related to personal wellbeing and supporting the wellbeing of others within our McCormick community. The learning path offered a range of engaging content including ways to improve physical health, enhance mental and emotional resilience, build meaningful relationships and develop leadership skills with a focus on empathy and care. Each month of the calendar year, McCormick aims to honor a particular wellbeing theme.

 

As part of our comprehensive approach to benefits, McCormick has partnered with several external organizations to provide wellbeing-related services to our employees, such as financial counseling, caregiver support, and an online fitness platform. In 2026, we will further advance by launching a global survey to identify safety and wellbeing trends and opportunities across the enterprise, enabling targeted actions and continuous improvement in the employee experience.
