Listening to Employees

To drive our employee wellbeing, McCormick actively listens to employees to understand and address their evolving needs. Wellbeing is embedded into our strategic priorities and ways of working. By fostering open dialogue and continuous feedback, we ensure our approach to employee wellbeing reflects real employee experiences and helps create an environment where our people can thrive both professionally and personally.

We conduct an employee listening survey annually. These surveys provide an opportunity for employees to share their feedback on a wide range of dimensions related to employee experience. For McCormick, the benefits include generating new insights that fuel actions to drive improved results while measuring engagement and enablement. Our VIBE survey has been expanded to include questions related specifically to employee safety and wellbeing to ensure that these stay at the forefront of everything we do.
