Through the Global Power of Giving, our corporate, regional and country-specific initiatives come together under one unified global program to inspire and engage employees to support the causes they care about through matching gifts, volunteer time off, and community service.
Every year for the last 80 years, McCormick employees have donated their time and monetary support to non-profit organizations in the communities where we live and work. In 2025, McCormick increased global participation in Power of Giving by 6% with two thirds of our employees engaged in community activities worldwide. More than 8,700 colleagues across 50+ global locations recorded participation in volunteering and charitable giving activities, with the Asia/Pacific (APAC) region achieving over 80% participation. Globally, corporate charitable contributions totaled nearly $9 million, supporting hundreds of charities and emergency response organizations to expand access to nutritious meals, community health programs, and essential services for vulnerable populations.

Each year, McCormick recognizes employees who embrace community service by giving back in extraordinary ways through the Community Impact Awards. The winner and finalists receive donations from McCormick to further support the organizations for which they volunteer.
